Great breakfast and clean rooms, but no elevators and parking isn't free.

Family getaway for sure! !

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, it felt like we were coming home! ! Plus, the breakfast was surprisingly good, they had a great selection and kept it fresh for everyone.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for what we got, I can say it was passable.

Staff friendly, efficient, convenient location.

I had a decent experience staying here. The beds were super comfortable, and I loved the quick access to both a nice breakfast and a clean pool. However, the loud children running around early in the morning really hurt my overall enjoyment.

The fitness center was clean, wifi was fast, and I loved the cozy common areas. The staff found my glasses after checkout!

Felt really like home, nothing to complain about.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty comfortable but could've used some better sheet-tucking. The staff were super friendly, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was decent too. But one elevator was out, so waiting was annoying. Overall, it was a solid place for families.

The bed with lots of pillows offered excellent comfort. The breakfast layout surprised me. hot and cold options had good variety. I appreciated the clean room, and the fridge was useful, too! The common areas were cozy and inviting, making it feel like home during my stay.

However, the fitness center could have been better stocked with equipment.

The staff was helpful in accommodating our needs. The breakfast spread was impressive and flavorful. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The room provided plenty of space for relaxation. I appreciate the cleanliness throughout.

I arrived at the hotel after a long drive and was excited about the amenities. The location is excellent, just minutes from the Ambassador Bridge. I appreciated the nearby restaurants within walking distance, especially HAKIMO, with its delicious garlic donairs. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. they offered eggs, bacon, bagels, and even kept everything well stocked. The bed was super comfortable, and the cleanliness of the room was great. On the downside, the pool was under maintenance during my stay, which was disappointing. There was also an issue with the window screen missing in my room, a safety concern for families with kids. Despite these inconveniences, I had a positive experience and would consider returning.

Great location close to everything.

Unfortunately, the beds were way too soft for us. I woke up with back pain for the first time ever after staying in a hotel. The breakfast sandwich was still frozen after heating it up more than recommended, which was disappointing.
